Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent.

1. Self-Funded Study Tours

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a 75% refund (after deduction of administrative and transaction costs).

Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable, as travel, accommodation, and logistics costs are committed in advance.

In case of cancellation by us (e.g. insufficient enrolments, travel restrictions), participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer to a future program

2. Online Courses

Fees for online courses are non-refundable once access to materials or live sessions has been provided.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
